Day-of & Month-of Wedding Coordination
Packages include a free preliminary consultation and services for the day  of or month of your nuptials. 

Day-of services include an initial free consultation, one meeting a month before wedding date to exchange vendor information, outreach to vendors week of, full-day coordination on your wedding date, and breakdown including ensuring vendors return and pick up all items, working with the venue to have everything cleaned up within the contracted time frame, collecting gifts and other items left behind.

Month-of services include an initial free consultation, wedding planning timeline so tasks don't overwhelm, RSVP management, a meeting two months before your wedding to check in on vendor bookings, a meeting one month before to touch base on what is needed and create a timeline for planner to take over all reception-related logistics, confirming all vendors one month and one week prior to wedding date, full day coordination on wedding date, and breakdown including ensuring vendors return and pick up all items, working with the venue to have everything cleaned up within the contracted time frame, collecting gifts and other items left behind.

Day-of wedding planning and coordination packages begin at $550 and Month-of wedding/event coordination packages begin at $1,250. Both are scaled based on the size and length of the event. If you are on a tighter budget, trust us, we've been there. Let us know and we'll work with you. 

Officiant services
Includes a preliminary meeting and services the day-of your nuptials. Your officiant will help you personalize your ceremony to make it meaningful for you and your partner while fulfilling the requirements set forth by the marriage laws in Louisiana.

Officiant services begin at $400 and are scaled based on length of the ceremony. If you are on a tighter budget, trust us, we've been there. Let us know and we'll work with you. 

Signs & Program Graphics
These helpful add-ons make your event run smoother and can be as informative and fun as you like. Items such as wedding programs and reception signs extend the "look" of your wedding but they're true purpose? To answer guest questions for you. That way you can spend more time seeing your friends and less time explaining what cocktail-style seating is to your Northern relatives, for example. 

Wedding programs are a great way to highlight the wedding party and inform guests about any religious or spiritual traditions that may not be commonly known. They can including games like couples trivia or Mad Libs, a map showing where everyone flew from or showing the journey of the couple, etc.

Signs and program graphics packages begin at $125 or you can purchase items à la carte. Graphics options include: programs, welcome sign, reserved seating, seating chart for guests, cocktail style, guest book, wedding favors, cards and gifts, social media hashtags, and more. 

Event services
We plan and coordinate private or commercial events so you can focus on who or what matters and leave the logistics to us. However you want your guests to feel, we will ensure your event gets them there while adhering to your vision and/or brand. Your guests will leave with a positive experience that they directly connect to you.
